Privacy Notice

Effective 7 October 2026

This notice explains the information used when a business signs in to and operates Digital Room Service.

Information we use

Google sign-in may provide account information such as name, email address, account identifier and profile image. Business setup may include business name, phone, address, tax identifiers, catalogue, rooms, tables, baskets and application settings.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate accounts, create and secure the business workspace, provide requested features, connect supported QR ordering workflows, prevent misuse and respond to support requests.

Local-first records

Core bills, sales, expenses and certain operational records are designed to remain in browser or device storage. Connected features use cloud services only for information required to connect the business and customer experience.

Product usage analytics

Digital Room Service may collect limited first-party, business-level usage statistics such as active days, bills completed, aggregate billed value, catalogue size and counts of supported operational features. Product analytics is not intended to upload customer names, phone numbers, individual invoice contents or individual customer order contents.

Service providers

Digital Room Service uses Google services, including Firebase and Google Cloud, for authentication, hosting and connected application functions. Their processing is governed by their applicable terms.

Retention and deletion

Cloud account and business information is retained while the account is active or as reasonably required for security, support and legal obligations. Local information remains on the device until the user deletes it, clears browser storage or removes application data.

Your choices and security

You may request access, correction or deletion of cloud account information. Users should protect their Google account and devices; no online or device-based system can guarantee absolute security.
