These terms apply when a business creates and uses a Digital Room Service account.
About the service
Digital Room Service provides billing, catalogue, QR ordering and connected business-operation tools. Digital Room Order is the customer-facing QR ordering experience for supported order flows.
Your business responsibilities
You are responsible for your business information, prices, taxes, invoices, products, services, orders, customer dealings and compliance with applicable laws. Digital Room Service is a software tool and does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must use an account you are authorised to control, protect access to it and use the service lawfully. Do not interfere with the service, submit unlawful content or attempt unauthorised access.
Local data and backups
Core operational records may be stored in your browser or device. Clearing site data, losing a device or changing browsers can remove local records. You are responsible for exporting and backing up important business records.
Connected services
Google sign-in, Firebase, internet access, payment apps, messaging tools, printers and other third-party services may have their own terms and availability.
Availability and changes
The service is offered on an as-available basis and may be updated, interrupted or changed. We aim to keep it reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Digital Room Service is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, incorrect business inputs, tax decisions, customer disputes or failures of third-party services.
