DIGITALROOMSERVICE

Trust should be explained factually, not decorated with badges.

DigitalRoomService security, data handling, access and privacy information presented without unsupported certification claims.

Security

DigitalRoomService uses the existing Firebase-backed application architecture and browser-based client experience. This page intentionally avoids claiming certifications, standards or guarantees that have not been independently verified.

Current security principles

  • Authentication uses the application’s existing Firebase authentication configuration.
  • Access to operational data should be governed by authentication and Firestore security rules.
  • Public guest endpoints should expose only the information needed for the guest ordering experience.
  • Production traffic should be served over HTTPS.

Data handling

The application architecture should continue to minimize unnecessary public data exposure. Before enterprise or regulated-hospitality claims are published, infrastructure, backup, retention and compliance statements should be reviewed against the deployed production environment.

Certifications

No security certification is claimed on this site unless and until it has actually been obtained and can be substantiated.
